Hello, this issue is the mother of all issues in the world today!. Look at the commodity prices exploding through the roof! while we still have food banks, and people sleeping uner bridges! Poverty in Canada- A country whose Prime Minister brags is a "resources superpower!?." something is a miss here! The fact is, there is double government- the public and private and any government of the day is sqaurely in middle like a kid of divorce being pulled left and right. The strongest wins even though the "weak" might be right. In this resources struggle- the people "owns" the resources but get crumbs from them. The governments of the day are simply helpless, therefore it is the people who must be educated and empowered to TAKE OVER COMPLETE ownership of their resources and then CONTRACT OUT management of these resources. The People will call for bids, the winning bidder will be paid for services BUT WILL NOT be allowed to own or control the resources ever!. The education of Citizens from Prime ministers to ordinary citizens must begin today in earnest, before total depepletion of these non-renewable resources are gone--- gone foever and we- the ordinary citizens, have nothing to show for it. Thank, Gabriel Ogada.
